  Rhydypennau Inn.. when we visited in 2010.Potatoes and veg was soggy, obviously previous day (or days) cooked and stored in dirty water. New potatoes and carrots has swollen due to water absorption! So gruesome was the food, we didn't eat. When waitress collected plates, I commented politely that we couldn't eat because it really wasn't very nice, and explained what was wrong, she said she'd tell chef. Waited for ten mins, went to bar - she asked was everything ok, my partner said no! Which was ignored! We commented then, and said that no one was bothered when we said the food was inedible. Her response was "the chef has put new food on now" classic
